At Kastenglow Lights, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 24 hours of receipt for a refund. subject to a 2-3% restocking fee.
Products should be unused.
To initiate a return, send an email to support@kastenglow.com with your name, mobile number, and order number, and we'll arrange for a reverse pick-up.
Return products with their original packaging including price tags, barcodes, labels, user manual and invoices.
But in case if pick-up isn't possible in your pin code, you must send the product back in its original packaging with attached labels and bills. Ensure proper packing for a successful return. We'll reimburse both the return amount and shipping costs.
Kastenglow Lights will verify and check returned products to confirm their validity.
Any products returned in a damaged condition will not be refunded.
